Our topic for next weeks debate is as follows:
A coalition of former UN ambassadors have called for renewed efforts to expedite the process of international nuclear disarmament, with a view to removing nuclear weapons in their entirety with two decades.
What are the initial responses of States to the proposed reintroduction of multilateral "START III" style negotiations in response to this call?
