We’re offering FREE flu vaccinations at the Women’s Centre this Thursday.

Our first session will take place on Thursday 29 October, between 12.30pm and 1.30pm.

Flu vaccinations are available to anyone who attends the Women’s Centre.

Knowing your NHS number is helpful, but not essential.

Come along, help protect yourself against flu this winter, and enjoy a cup of tea while you’re here!

Can’t make it this week? We’ll be offering another session on Thursday 5 November, from 12.30pm to 1.30pm.

Did you know that Shelter visits the Women’s Centre on the first Tuesday of every month?

Our next session is taking place on the 3rd November, from 1pm to 3pm. Come and meet the Shelter representative for all of your housing advice.

Shelter offers support sessions at the Women’s Centre for women who need advice around housing issues or homelessness.

You can get one-to-one, personalised support around your situation, including help to understand your options and next steps.

You can drop in on the day, or book a space in advance with the Trevi team.

Trevi has a new vacancy for a Housekeeper to support our services across central Plymouth.

This is a flexible role helping us maintain safe, clean and welcoming spaces for the women, residents, visitors and staff who use our services.

We’re looking for someone reliable and professional, with experience of cleaning in a work setting and confidence working independently as well as part of a team.

Closing date: Wednesday 21 October at midday

This role is open to women only under Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010.

Mental health support does not always start with having the right words. Sometimes it starts with a safe place, a cup of tea, a group, or one conversation.

At Trevi Women’s Centre, we offer safe, women-only support in the community for women who may be feeling isolated, overwhelmed, low in confidence, or affected by trauma, abuse or difficult life experiences.

Support can look different for every woman.

That might mean joining a journaling or craft session to feel less alone, coming along for coffee and connection, or taking part in a specialist course to understand trauma, rebuild confidence or move forward after abuse.

You do not need to know exactly what you need before you come in.

Whether you’ve made jewellery before or you’re trying something new, this session is a chance to learn a new skill, enjoy some company and make something beautiful.

All materials are provided, so you just need to bring yourself and your creativity!

The Women’s Centre is here for women, including those experiencing homelessness or insecure housing across Plymouth.

Women can access practical support including hot drinks, a warm and welcoming space, showers, sanitary products and food.

We also work with partner organisations so women can access wider support in one place. This includes health support through HIPP (Health Inclusion Pathway Plymouth) drop-ins, housing support through Shelter, and money advice through the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) and Citizens Advice.

Drop in between 10am and 4.30pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, or 10am to 12.30pm on Wednesdays to learn more, or view our timetable to see when partner organisations are holding drop-ins:

Trevi Women’s Centre is a safe, women-only space near Plymouth's city centre.

It is a place to come for support, connection, practical help and specialist services.

You may know exactly what you need, or simply know that things are difficult right now.

We provide support around domestic abuse, housing, wellbeing, confidence, learning, isolation and more. We also provide free groups, courses and drop-in sessions throughout the week.

If you need something we don't currently offer, we can refer or signpost you to partner organisations that can help.

You do not need to have everything worked out before you come through the door, just pop in between 10am and 4pm Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, or between 10am and 12.30pm on Wednesdays.

There's just one week left to get your Warrior Women Walk tickets.

Ticket sales close Wednesday 30 September , and the walk takes place just over a week later - on Sunday 4 October.

That means this is your final chance to make sure you are there on the day - joining hundreds of women at Mount Batten for a powerful fundraising walk along Plymouth’s coastline.

Choose the 10k route or take on the 5k. Walk with friends, colleagues, family or your dog.
