A great article on dance for health and wellbeing by BBC Devon featuring Hartley House Dance Club’s Silver Swans and our Move to Nurture.

Everyone is welcome to join our free Move to Nurture sessions - come and be part of a wonderful group of dancers who love to move, groove and have a giggle together!
