🎄 Friends of St Mary’s & Old Priory Junior School PTFA Christmas Fair 🎄
📅 Friday 28 November | 🕒 3:45 PM – 5:30 PM
The festive season is just around the corner, and we’re so excited to invite you to our Christmas Fair! Join us for an afternoon packed with seasonal cheer, fun activities, and festive treats. It’s the perfect chance to come together as a school community, celebrate the magic of Christmas, and support fundraising that directly benefits our children.
✨ What to expect:
• Festive stalls & games
• Delicious refreshments
• Raffle with amazing prizes
• Christmas favourites for all the family
📣 We Need Your Help!
We’re a small team of volunteers working hard behind the scenes, but to make this event as magical as we’ve planned, we need extra hands from our wider school community. Without more help, we may have to scale back some of the fun activities we’ve lined up – and we’d love to make it all happen!
Even an hour of your time makes a huge difference. Whether it’s helping on a stall, setting up, or tidying away, your support will help us create a fantastic festive afternoon for the children.
👉 If you can help, please email [email protected] please let us know by Wednesday 19 November to enable us to finalise plans.
🌟 Stall Holders Wanted
Do you run a small business or know someone who does? We have limited spaces for external stalls (£10 fee + paperwork). Interested? Email [email protected] for a booking form.
🎁 Raffle Donations
We already have some fantastic prizes thanks to local businesses, but we’d love more! If you or someone you know can donate a prize, please get in touch at [email protected]
Mark your calendars, bring your festive spirit, and let’s make this Christmas Fair one to remember!
