Stone Cross Pre-School Stone Cross Independent Pre-School has charitable status run by a team of committee.

Our Pre-School offers a well planned and organised curriculum that provides all children with a rich and stimulating environment in which to develop in all areas covered by the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Framework. We were so excited to have a visit from the fire service on Monday and an ambulance/ paramedic came on Tuesday.

Open Morning at The Unit for our September 2026 starters today.

Miss Lucy comes to visit each week at The Unit. ( on the school site) Thursday afternoons and Friday mornings alternatively. The children look forward to her visiting each week and are always keen to see what she has in her bag to play with.
We work in 3 smaller groups each time.
These sessions are invaluable to help support and develop the childrens communication skills, listening, understanding and turntaking.
