LEGO EVENT – DISPLAYS WANTED!
Join us for a fun, family‑friendly LEGO day!

Date: Saturday 18th April
Time: 10:00 AM onwards
Location: Stuartfield Hall

We are looking for:
• LEGO displays
• Collectors who would like to display their own LEGO creations
• Builders who want to showcase MOCs (My Own Creations)
Whether you run a LEGO business, sell sets or minifigures, or simply have an amazing build you want people to see — we’d love to have you involved!

What to expect:
• Family‑friendly community event
• Display tables for builders
• Vendor selling space
• A great opportunity to meet other LEGO fans

We are holding our AGM next Monday at 7pm, everyone is welcome and we would love for some new members join.

The last year has been very busy at the hall, The AGM is an opportunity to see what all we have achieved and learn about all the future plans we have.

Over the last year we have carried out some very large project's, this has involved a lot of fund raising and planning from the committee. But we are now starting to see the results and hope to have a hall that is a huge asset to the community.

A short break down of what has been done so far.

1) We have replaced all the windows with modern UPVC windows
2) Installed 30 solar panels with 15kw of battery storage
3) Completely upgraded the electric's
4) Replaced the front door.
5) Replaced lighting with energy efficient LED lighting.
6) Repairs to the roof and pointing.
7) Installation is ongoing for an Air to Air source heating system.
8) Replaced the main hall ceiling fans.

As you can imagine all this work has been a huge undertaking for our small committee and we could really do with a few more members to help us with the next phase of the hall projects.

We know the interior is looking tired!🤣now that the big maintenance and upgrades are nearing completion, we are looking to upgrade the interior of the building and really make it somewhere for the community to be proud of.

This is your opportunity to join the committee and have input on how you would like the see the hall look.
