📢 STUARTFIELD VILLAGE HALL – IMPORTANT AGM UPDATE 📢

The Stuartfield Village Hall Committee would like to let the community know that at our AGM on 16th November, the current Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, Treasurer and Secretary will all be stepping down from their positions.

We urgently need members of the community to come forward to take on these roles, as well as additional committee members to help support the running of the Hall.

⚠️ IF THESE POSITIONS AND SUFFICIENT COMMITTEE MEMBERS ARE NOT IN PLACE AT THE AGM, THERE WILL BE NO COMMITTEE AND, UNFORTUNATELY, THE HALL WILL HAVE TO CLOSE. ⚠️

The Hall is an important part of our community, providing a space for local groups, activities, events, celebrations and gatherings. We would really like to see it continue to be available for everyone in Stuartfield and the surrounding area.
If youare interested in taking on one of the office-bearer roles or becoming a committee member, we strongly encourage you to get in touch as soon as possible. This will allow the current committee to provide a proper handover, answer any questions and help make the transition as smooth as possible.

You don't need to know everything about running the Hall — support and guidance will be available during the handover.

Despite the fact we haven’t taken a break over the summer I’m sure many of you will be looking forward to getting back into routine.

Thank You!

A huge thank you to everyone who supported our Annie Moon Fundraiser last night in aid of the Stuartfield Public Hall Renovations.

Special thanks to Annie for delivering fantastic readings and helping make the evening such a success.

Thank you to everyone who attended, purchased raffle tickets, and showed their support throughout the event. We are also incredibly grateful to all the local businesses and individuals who generously donated raffle prizes and cash donations.

We are delighted to announce that the evening raised a whopping £1,184! This fantastic amount will make a significant contribution towards our fundraising efforts for the renovation of the hall.

Finally, thank you to all the committee members whose hard work and dedication made this event possible.

Your support, generosity, and community spirit are greatly appreciated, and together we are helping secure a bright future for Stuartfield Public Hall.
