Tai Chi with Tea - Come and join us for a gentle chair based Tai Chi session. Suits all mobilities. Enjoy the sense of well being and relaxation while exercising. Everyone welcome. Our next session is Friday 28th August from 2 till 3pm.

We have two sessions in September:
Friday 11th September and Friday 25th September.
All sessions are held in the Boatshed, 24 High Street, Buchanhaven, AB42 1NH.
