I have been away from social media recently to concentrate on other things. However, I am struggling so much so I need to tell people because I don't know what to do. I have been working, finishing my assignments, being snappy with my husband and had to leave him in the shop because I knew I was about to cry. I was curt with him trying to keep my sadness inside. Crying I guess is the valve that prevents us from exploding - Why am I writing this in life after Dan. I am physically, and mentally very tired. The other day I alluded that I felt yuk. They said you don't look like it. Isn't this the hardest part of feeling low? You can never tell how someone is really feeling? Love Angie x

Just had the most amazing afternoon in this incredible Forest spa with the best company I could have wished for. Thank you for such a beautiful, thoughtful present. Truly the best present/experience I have ever had. 🩷🩵🧡💙💛

I wondered if I asked for pink stepladders would you have bought them for me? It's my birthday on Sunday - I have asked Uncle Paul if he will get me a card because I have no other family members left on my side anymore, apart from Cheri and Jonny who always buy or make me a card. To see the writing in a card means the world to me. Presents are nice but a card is more special to me. 😉

My husband, and usually my sister-in-laws do buy me cards and a present which I so appreciate.

When I called to speak to Paul who lives in supported living I said hello to Paul. He says, Angela - He always calls me by my full name. Can you bring me 2 cans of pop. One lemonade and the other Cherryade. I brought some around for his birthday and Christmas. I said first you can get off your bottom and with your support worker go to buy me a birthday card, I will drive around to his house at the lawns - his house is beautiful to collect it and bring him his 2 cans of pop! ☺️

It will soon be 2026 - everyone is at that in-between stage of Christmas. Freddie Ramm and I have had a lovely day after an early start. I have had to choose new glasses so that costs a small fortune, just to see! I am currently enjoying some down time. I went swimming then sat in the sauna with some interesting ladies and gents. It was great. I then saw Jill who cleans the changing rooms and had a catch up and we put the world to rights. I then spoke to the physio about my knees. He told me to go back on my Vitamin D tablets and see a doctor before paying money to him. How good is that. I then had tea and toast with butter and honey. It was delicious. A lady nearby was telling me she was going to pilates and we got chatting about weight etc. She had been very overweight for a long time and was booked to have a gastric band. However, after eating healthily for a few months she realised she was losing the weight naturally and cancelled the app. She really was an inspiration and looked amazing. It took her about 18 to 24 months to get to her ideal weight. She was 25 stone. I was so inspired that I have booked a different gym class to try each week. So that's my news for today.

Hi handsome - oh my days - you would have loved Christmas day at Cheri McBride and Jonathan McBride this year. They now live in Whittlesey which is two stories rather than the three story one. Hope was playing out the front with her Barbie car, Barbie Ambulance and 3 kens and lady fireman not sure of what the protocol is now!

We are waiting for Dav Gray and Emily Gray to visit before she returns to Norwich.

I remember you every day and like my little brother Michael will always. X

Dan you would have turned 35 years old yesterday.10/12/1990. Born @ 8.11 weighing 8.11. I got through today without crying physically - just the sadness in my heart. . Until we meet again, keep sleeping peacefully.
