We are delighted to share a truly significant achievement for Focus Care Supported Living.
Our Area Manager for Essex, Nicolas Mateo, has been selected to attend His Majesty The King’s Garden Party at Buckingham Palace on 6 May 2026. This invitation follows a national nomination process that recognises outstanding excellence and dedication within the social care sector.
Nicolas was nominated by his line manager, Mel Purcell, in recognition of his unwavering commitment to frontline care, his leadership, and the positive impact he continues to make on the lives of the people we support and the teams he leads.
This is a remarkable and well-deserved honour, and a reflection not only of Nicolas’s personal dedication, but also of the values and standards upheld across Focus Care Supported Living.
We hope Nicolas and Mel have a wonderful and memorable day meeting His Majesty and connecting with fellow social care professionals from across the country.
