Little People UK Little People UK was launched in January 2012. We are an organisation that offers friendship and support to people with dwarfism, their families and friends.

We aim to become an essential resource for the social, medical and financial needs of the little people community. is an opportunity to celebrate people with dwarfism who thread throughout history...Jeffrey Hudson was a Court dwarf in the 18th Century, for Henrietta Maria of France, he lived sometime at Sherborn Castle. It wasn't always a pleasant life during wars and fighting pirates, he used his skills and wit to survive.

Words and terminology are important to ensure inclusion and validation. It is always preferred to use a persons name, but if this isn't possible i.e. on first seeing someone, use preferred terminology. Some examples include: person with dwarfism, little person, dwarf.
