It's a new month—but you don't have to become a new person.

September can bring new routines and busy schedules, but it's important to remember that your wellbeing matters too.

Be kind to yourself.
Celebrate the small victories.
Rest when you need to.
Accept support when it's offered.

One step at a time is enough.

Wishing everyone a peaceful September from all of us at the Cancer Wellbeing Service.

🌟 Take a moment to relax with Reiki - Appointments available this week 🌟

Life during and after cancer treatment can feel overwhelming, so taking time for yourself is more important than ever.

Our Reiki appointments provide a peaceful space to pause, unwind and focus on relaxation. Many people find that Reiki helps them feel calmer, more balanced and gives them an opportunity to switch off from the stresses of everyday life.

Appointments are available on Thursday for anyone affected by cancer. They are very popular, so book while you can!

Your worth isn't measured by how much you get done.

It's okay if your energy looks different today than it did yesterday.

Your body may need rest.
Your mind may need quiet.
Your heart may need kindness.

You are enough, exactly as you are today.
