The final good bye , the big farewell.
The youth club run by us with our volunteers is no more , our final night has happened and we went out with a bang. The good bye from the volunteers as we close our doors and hang up our volunteers badges.
We have had a blast , crafts , football , rounders , gymnastic , dancing , sweets , fun and laughter and lots of memories made. So good bye from all of us you have all had a big impact on each and everyone of us and we are forever grateful.
But the final door has closed , the final sweet been ate and what a blast it was , we played football , we ate sweets , cakes , hotdogs , candy floss and pop corn, we had our faces painted and bounced in the disco dome ...
The fact that the children assumed they were paying and nothing was free and we had 167 children through the door really does show what an impact we had and it was emotional to know we meant so much.

Thank you so much to each and everyone of you who have played their part in supporting us over the years. It has been a privilege to look after your children over the years.
Thankyou to the amazing Youth Dreams Project who listen to our vision and jumped on board , you guys have had such and impact not just on the children that play football, but on being role models and allowing the children to see what can be achieved with hard work and determination.
We have had ups and downs but the good times have always out weighted the bad and creating the space we did has meant the world to us.
The children grown far to quickly and their personality have grown and changed so much.
We had friendships made , fall outs and arguments over the years but through it all we have made memories and had fun.
We done things wrong at times and held our hands up but we have done so much right I think, and have always been an open book and I pride ourselves on this. But through it all , all we ever wanted to do was creat a space for them to grow
New chapters are happening as we close our doors and start enjoying Friday nights with our own family's again.
So as we say farewell please let me say it's been a privilege and we are proud you allowed us to be part of your children life journey.
So when we close we will raise a glass to celebrate the things we have achieved and remember the true gem Glenn and no doubt we will have a few tears
