Preparations are well underway for our Summer Fair on Saturday 27th June and we are looking for a little help from our amazing community.
We are currently seeking raffle prizes for our grand raffle. Vouchers, gift sets, experiences, toys, chocolates, bottles, hampers or any other suitable donations would be hugely appreciated. We are especially hoping to secure a really exciting top prize to help boost ticket sales and raise as much money as possible for our pupils with SEND.
We are also looking for stall holders to join us on the day. We would love to hear from local crafters, small businesses, food vendors, charities, activity providers and community groups who may be interested in having a pitch at the fair.
All funds raised will go towards supporting pupils at Heltwate School, helping us provide additional resources and experiences for children with special educational needs and disabilities.

A huge thank you to everyone who came out and supported our Summer Fair — rain and all! 🌧️☀️

We’re delighted to share that we raised an amazing £1,291.20! 🥳

All the money raised will go directly towards our Sensory Room Project, helping us create a calming, engaging space for our pupils to explore and enjoy. 💙✨

🌦️ Summer Fair Update – Still Going Ahead (with a few changes!) 🌦️
Due to the yellow weather warning, we’ve had to scale back our Summer Fair slightly to keep everyone safe. Unfortunately, Ramsey Bouncers will no longer be joining us, but we’ve got plenty of indoor fun lined up!
🎨 The school hall will be open and filled with:
🛍️ Amazing local crafters & small businesses
🎯 Games & activities for the whole family
🎟️ A raffle & tombola with fantastic prizes
🍬 Tasty treats, fun stalls, and much more!
☔ Please come along and support us – rain or shine! Your support means the world, and we promise a warm welcome (even if the weather’s not!).
