We’re so proud to share that Spire Wedding Fayres & Events has been shortlisted as a finalist in the 2026 National Small Business Awards in the New Small Business category.

What started as a passion for creating welcoming, well-organised wedding fayres has grown into something we’re incredibly proud of, connecting couples with brilliant local suppliers, building strong relationships with venues, and creating events that feel professional, personal and full of excitement.

A huge thank you to every supplier, venue, couple and supporter who has been part of the journey so far. Your support means everything, and this recognition is a lovely reminder of how far Spire has come.

Here’s to celebrating small businesses, big dreams, and everything still to come. 🥂

Congratulations to the fabulous Ginger and Tails on becoming a 2026 finalist 👏 Good Luck!

Goodness, I've found out I'm a national finalist for the Customer Care Award at The Small Business Awards. This has been a bit of a crazy few months!

I believe there are two forms the awards take - winners of each category decided by a judging panel and then also a separate public vote winner for each category. The public vote won't be open until 1st August but I will keep you posted on how to vote (if you'd like to!).

Customer care and experience is a huge thing for me so to have been made a finalist in another national awards recognising that it really is lovely. Chuffed to bits 🥰

When I started doing my charity work, a lot of people reacted negatively. Asking what's the point, it's not financially stable, etc.

Fact is, it was never about the money and I'm glad these awards have recognised that. I've seen how my photography can bring people together and I absolutely love what I do ❤️
