🌲🌲This week we were deep in 5 mile woods with the brief - “build a shelter for the entire team.”
We’ll be aiming to use the skills learnt in an upcoming one nighter where explorers will spend the night in their self built bivys 🛖🏕️ Great to see some new faces too this week!

We had 7 explorers and 2 leaders representing the unit and P&K at this year's Blair Atholl Jamborette (official), by all accounts they've made some fantastic friendships and memories during their time in the field of dreams.
Events like this bring out the best in people and allow them to be themselves amongst 'their people'.

Good luck to everyone getting exam results today!
Whatever you receive, remember that results are just one part of your journey. In Scouts you’ve already shown resilience, teamwork and character, things no grade can measure.
We’re proud of every single one of you. We hope you get what you were aiming for, and if things didn’t land exactly where you expected you’ve still got endless opportunities ahead.
You’ve got this.

💨 What’s the fastest cake in the world?? That’s right - scone 🤡 This week we were putting our cardboard ovens to the test and making scones. Great to learn about different ways to cook food - one of many learnings taken from this week 😅

🏏 What a cracking night out with Explorers playing cricket and ultimate frisbee 🥏

A great night considering it was very wet when we met!

👀 Take a look back with us at the final night of our winter term.

❄️ We joined up with kinrosscurling for a night on the ice. Explorers & Leaders slid into action with some stretching to get warmed up, then split into groups to get some game time and top class coaching from the fantastic in house instructors.

What a great night in a stunning facility! 🥌
