🎉 Three Weeks In – We've Smashed Our Target! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🚶‍♀️🇨🇭🚶🏼

With 11 days still to go, our Scouts have done something incredible!

Our challenge was to walk 996 miles – the distance from St Matthews Church, Perth to Kandersteg International Scout Centre.

Together, we've already logged an amazing 1,223 miles, smashing our original target! 🥳👏

A huge thank you to everyone who has walked, encouraged us, and supported our challenge. Every mile has brought us closer to making our 2027 Kandersteg adventure a reality.

But we're not stopping there! We've "arrived" in Kandersteg, so now we're turning around and walking back towards our Church Hall. Let's see just how far towards home we can get before the challenge ends! (We are already 227 miles on our way)🚶‍♂️

We're now almost two weeks into our Walk to Kandersteg Challenge, and we're making fantastic progress!

Together we've walked an incredible 320 miles towards our 996-mile goal.

That means we have 646 miles still to go – and every step is bringing us closer to Kandersteg! 💪

We've now been taking on our Walk to Kandersteg Challenge for a week, and thanks to everyone's fantastic efforts we've already logged 166 miles towards our 996-mile target!

That leaves 830 miles still to go – and we're determined to get there together. 💪

🚶‍♂️🇨🇭 Walk to Kandersteg Challenge – Please Support Our Scouts! 🇨🇭🚶‍♀️

In Summer 2027, 15 of our Scouts and Young Leaders will be heading off on the adventure of a lifetime to the Kandersteg International Scout Centre in Switzerland.

To help raise funds for the trip, they've taken on a huge challenge... to collectively walk the entire distance from our Church Hall to Kandersteg! That's around 996 miles (1,604 km) between them.

Every mile they walk brings them one step closer to Switzerland, and every donation, no matter how small, helps make this incredible experience possible.

If you're able to support them, we'd be hugely grateful. Your generosity will help our young people enjoy an unforgettable international Scouting adventure, build confidence, make lifelong memories, and meet Scouts from around the world.
