Members of Perth & Kinross Trefoil Guilds travelled to Scarborough for the Trefoil Guild AGM, hosted by North East England. Ladies enjoyed a guest speaker and musical entertainment during the event.

While there, they also enjoyed a ride on the Water Chute at North Bay, a favourite childhood attraction for some!

3rd Tulliallan Brownies had great fun completing the ‘tape to create’ UMA. The Brownies used tape in a variety of creative ways, including making striped designs with crayons, drawing around their hands on paper plates and decorating them with tape and pens, and taping their initials onto card before adding paint to create colourful artwork. Well done, Brownies!

Wilma had the pleasure of visiting 19th Perth Rainbows last night to present their leader, Anne Mitchell, with a Good Service award and a gift.

Anne is stepping down from Guiding after 35 years. Sadly, the unit is also closing after 35 years. The last awards presented by Anne were to one Rainbow who made her Promise and another Rainbow who achieved her Silver award.

Our sincere thanks to Anne for her dedication to Girlguiding—an amazing achievement. The photo shows the Rainbows holding the Rainbow Quaich, which they won at Perform in Perth.

Fun at the recently merged units of 2nd Clackmannan & Tulliallan Rainbows. The girls took on their first skill builder together by working on camp stage 1 in preparation for their first ever sleepover later in the year! 🙂

Wilma, one of our county commissioners, enjoyed a trip to 2nd Scone Brownies last night. Wilma had the pleasure of presenting Rachel with her 10 year Long Service award and four of the Brownies with their Gold Awards. Amazing — well done!

Wilma also had a piece of the delicious Gold award cake, baked by one of the leaders, and one of the cute marshmallow owls made by one of the girls.

Congratulations, Rachel, and thank you for dedicating 10 years to Girlguiding.

1st Menstrie Rainbows joined the Hillfoots District Camp this weekend for a great day out. They tried pond dipping, archery and garden games. They made their own pizza pockets on the fire and stayed up past their bedtimes to toast marshmallows and sing round the campfire. Particular thanks to Amy Keyes who provided wrestling workshops for the girls! 🤩
