Congratulations to our Officer Commanding, Pilot Officer Anderson, on passing his Skill at Arms Instructors Course with IV SATT.
Well Done!

👏 Congratulations to our newest Skill at Arms Instructors!

A big well done to Fg Off Curran, Plt Off Anderson, Sgt Cu***ng, Sgt Mitchell and CI Hutton on successfully gaining their Skill at Arms Instructor qualification. 🎯

This means they are now qualified to deliver weapons handling training, support range days, and help cadets develop their shooting skills safely and confidently.

It’s fantastic to see our staff continuing to gain new qualifications that directly expand the opportunities we can offer our cadets.

Well done all, a great achievement for both you and the wider Wing! ✈️

On Saturday morning, several of our cadets took part in the Central Scotland Wing Inter-Squadron Competition. We are proud to share that some of our cadets earned medals for their efforts 🎖️.

It was also announced that 38F Squadron has achieved 2nd place overall in Wing Sports this year — an outstanding accomplishment that reflects the hard work, dedication, and commitment of our young people.

We extend our sincere thanks to all cadets and staff whose contributions made this success possible.

Last Sunday our Squadron had the honour of participating in Remembrance Sunday commemorations. We stand in solemn reflection, paying tribute to all who served and to those who made the ultimate sacrifice in the pursuit of peace and freedom.

Their courage, dedication, and selflessness continue to inspire our service and our values.

We will remember them.

🏆 Inter-Squadron Annual Football Competition Champions! 🏆

Today, cadets from Perth joined fellow cadets from Central Scotland Wing to compete in the Inter-Squadron Annual Football Competition. For the third year in a row, we’re proud to announce that we have been crowned the overall winners once again! 🎉⚽

A huge well done to all the cadets, staff, and supporters involved — your hard work, teamwork, and dedication have truly paid off! 👏💪
