Newton Farrier will be one of the layouts appearing at Perth Model Railway Exhibition 2026 on 27 and 28 June 2026.

It normally operates in the 1950s or 60s with a mixture of BR steam and diesel. We've turned the clock back for our own show as it appears in 1930s/40s guise for the first time.

Newton Farrier is just one of around 30 quality layouts which will be on show in two weeks time at our exhibition. Come along to the Dewars Centre for a great day out at our award winning exhibition.

Your guide to getting to Perth Model Railway Exhibition 2026 at Dewars Centre Perth on 27 and 28 June 2026.

Let the train take the strain.

The exhibition is located a 10 min walk from Perth Station. The quickest walking route is via the rear exit at Plt 5, 6 or 7. With regular trains from Edinburgh, Dundee, Fife, Glasgow, Stirling, Inverness and Aberdeen.

Coaches.

Megabus, Citylink, Ember and Flixbus all have routes to and from Perth. Services go to Broxden Park and Ride and or City Centre stops.

Located near to the Broxden Roundabout (M90 A9) Free parking and buses every 20mins on Saturday to the City Centre.
