With a strong focus on rebuilding strength from the inside out, correcting alignment and strengthing the core and pelvic floor, it's one that shouldn't be missed!

It can be a minefield of not knowing where to start, what to do or who will look after your little one can be stressful. Take all that stress away and come join your fully qualified pre and postnatal coach Emma at your local Barre class!
