On 16th August, some of our amazing team are taking part in the Dundee Kiltwalk! This is our 3rd year taking part, to celebrate three of our teammates are taking on the St Andrews‑to‑Dundee Mighty Stride whilst the rest walk from Broughty Ferry.

If you are able to give even a small donation, it will truly make a difference. Every penny helps us provide a safe, confidential space to talk, deliver peer‑support activities that build connection, and wellbeing walks that encourage reflection, calm and empowerment.

To everyone who supported our work in 2025: Thank you. You have helped us provide hope to those in their loneliness hours.

As we enter 2026, we want to share a gentle reminder: The "New Year" period is a high-risk period for mental health crises. The end of the holiday season can leave many feeling depressed or alone, and the pressure of "starting over" can be hard.

But help is always available. Nobody should ever be a burden.
If you know someone is struggling:
Give them a call or text,
Chat with them online,
Or even pay them a visit.

Let’s make 2026 a year of connection and prevention. Please share this post—you never know who on your timeline might be struggling and need to know they are not alone.

We would like to say a MASSIVE thank you to everyone who joined in the 24 hour charity stream that was hosted by OffTheRippaUK. The guys started off at 4pm on 30th December where they had over 1100 packs from 17 different sets and after 23 hours, they sold old of everything! Regardless of if you purchased packs, donated straight to the charity, watched for 5 minutes or commented, you all helped to make it amazing! We honestly cannot thank everyone at OffTheRippaUK enough for choosing us as their chosen charity and we cannot thank all the supporters for their generosity!

Everyone at TSLO would like to wish everyone a Happy New Year, we hope 2026 brings everyone happiness, love and good health (and hopefully some awesome pulls from packs for the Pokemon fans).

Just over an hour and a half before the guys kick off their 24 hour stream! There has been a slight amendment to the schedule therefore we have attached a copy of the new schedule, only a small change with the same amount of fun to be had. OffTheRippUK have a large variety of different pokemon sets that can be purchased and they also have different giveaways going at different points throughout the stream, some amazing prizes to be won!

Again a massive thank you to both Kieran and JB for doing this and for picking us as their chosen charity. We cannot wait and hopefully some will get some amazing hits throughout the stream.

We hope everyone had a lovely Christmas and the day was filled with lots of love and happiness! It’s scary how quickly time has gone by and in less than 2 days time, OffTheRippaUK are hosting their charity stream. We are super excited for this and cannot thank Kieran and JB enough for being so generous and doing this. The night is fully packed and we cannot wait to join the guys for a lot of fun and hopefully some amazing hits!

Giraffe Cafe is an amazing charity that brings joy at Christmas by providing meals for people in need. We are grateful to have partnered with them in spreading a brighter Christmas. Each year we host a Christmas Dinner for service users, who might otherwise face Christmas Day alone, and Giraffe Trading have been instrumental in making it possible.
