A couple weeks ago we visited Willowgate Adventure Centre for an Adventure Day. We had great fun taking part in watersports including team games on kayak's and paddleboards, as well as land activities practicing bushcraft and archery! 😊

In July, the young adult carers group had the pleasure of joining Venture Trust for a wilderness journey. We camped at Catterburn Campsite and explored the nearby outdoors. During the experience we enjoyed hill walking, canoeing, rock climbing, using trangia stoves and playing plenty of energiser games to name a few! Well done to everyone taking part and we hope you had a wonderful time. 😊

We will be returning to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival this year on Friday the 28th of August for a full day of attractions such as street acts, comedy shows and music shows in the centre of Edinburgh! This trip is open to carers aged 16-25. Travel and food will be provided. To sign up, message Suzy on 07821 936772 or email [email protected]. 💜 QUIZ NIGHT FUNDRAISER FOR PKAVS YOUNG CARERS! 💜

Join us at Cullach Brewing for a fun quiz night in support of our amazing Young Carers and their upcoming 4 Nations Trip.

There will be prizes up for grabs, including:

All proceeds from the quiz entry fee will go towards supporting PKAVS Young Carers with their 4 Nations Trip, helping them travel, take part in activities, and create lasting memories with other young carers across the UK.

Willowgate Adventure Day - Wednesday 22nd July, all-day

We will be at the Willowgate Centre, Perth for a day full of land and water-based activities, including archery and paddleboarding, on Wednesday 22nd July.

The day will begin at approximately 10am and finish at 4pm.

You will need:
- a towel and swimwear,
- shoes you don't mind getting wet,
- a change of old, dry, clothes and shoes,
- lunch, snacks and drinks,
- waterproofs, sun cream, sun hat, sun glasses and anything else you might need for the unpredictable Scottish summer!
