How to Vote Using a Proxy

By Proxy:
Doing something through another person when you cannot attend a meeting or event.

A Person:
Someone who has your permission to speak or vote for you at a meeting.

Document:
A written paper that gives someone the legal power to act in your place.

If you are a member of the SPSBS and wish to use a Proxy to vote at the upcoming AGM on 21st August 2026, please download the relevant form from the Society’s website or request the form from the office. Don’t forget to quote your SPSBS Membership Number on the form.

Please ensure that the person you nominate is attending the AGM on 21st August 2026.

The Proxy form has to be returned to the office by 18th August 2026.
