Kindness is basically a superpower. 🦸

You might not be able to fly, shoot lasers from your eyes, or summon a pizza whenever you want (still waiting for that one 🍕), but you can make someone's day better with a kind word, a smile, or by including someone who's feeling left out.

The coolest part? Kindness is contagious. One small act can spread faster than the latest meme.

Have you ever come across the 5-5-5 rule?

This can be a useful tool for deciding whether a thought, situation, or action is worth considering and for how long.

Here's what to ask yourself:

5 minutes - Will this matter in 5 minutes? / Should I take 5 minutes to consider my options/decisions?

5 Days - Will this still bother me in 5 days? / How might I feel if I hold onto this issue for 5 days?

5 Years - Will my decisions, actions or thoughts still be relevant in 5 years / Will this cross my mind in 5 years?

Ruminating can be a very energetic process for your mind and body. Using the 5-5-5 rule may help you to decide whether something is worth that energy or not.

We're well into the exam season now, so we just wanted to share a reminder that all you can do is your best and that's good enough.

There are many routes into the profession you may want and if things don't go to plan, there's always plan B.

Remember to take time for yourself:
