We’re really excited for Fire Fest 🔥.

Children’s Teepee Tent Fun 🤩

The Children’s Teepee Tent will be open throughout the festival as a cosy space for quiet play, storytelling, drawing, relaxing, and connecting with others in a calm and nurturing environment.

Saturday Schedule

🌳10:00 AM — Den Building

Creating woodland dens together around the site.

🌳 11:00 AM — Fire Lighting Skills

Learning safe and practical fire lighting techniques around the fire circle.

🌳 12:30 PM — Strawberry & Elderflower Jam Making

Making delicious strawberry and elderflower jam together and cooking crumpets on the fire.

🌳 2:00 PM — Wild Plant Foraging & Natural Dye Making

Foraging for wild plants around the site and transforming them into natural dyes for fabrics and creative play.

🌳 3:30 PM — Flower Pressing & Nature Flags

Pressing flowers onto materials to create beautiful wall hangings and flags inspired by nature.

🌳 5:00 PM — Story Time in the Teepee

Gathering together for cosy storytelling in the teepee.

Sunday Schedule

11:00 AM — Animal Spirit Movement 🦓

Using tarot cards to discover an animal spirit through movement and imaginative play.

12:00 PM — Clay Animal Spirit Sculptures 🦔

Creating clay animal spirits and building small habitats for them around the site.

1:30 PM — Fire Snack Gathering 🔥

Roasting peaches on the fire with drizzled elderflower juice.

3:00 PM — Willow Crowns & Wand Making 👑

Using willow foraged from the site to create crowns and magical wands for the closing ceremony.

4:30 PM — Closing Ceremony 🔥

Coming together to celebrate the weekend, wearing handmade willow crowns and sharing creations from the festival.

🌿 Throughout the weekend there will be opportunities for free play, nature connection, creativity, rest, and gathering around the fire.
