Feeling blessed and grateful for all that has been on the journey of building Fire Fest. Seems like a dream right now ! ✨

What really made our hearts sing was the energy of building something together - for a shared purpose and hope - people donating their time to volunteer , to facilitate workshops - the support was jaw dropping and the feeling of community was soooo real 🙏🙏❤️🔥🌎

THANK YOU from every part of our hearts! At the closing ceremony a dear friend mentioned the holding of the vision that after many years had come to fruition at Fire Fest 🔥 and I realised afterwards that it’s only been possible to hold the vision because of all the friends, the support from everyone over the years - the magical tapestry of life weaving these threads with beautiful souls …

A song at the closing ceremony ‘I long to belong in a circle of belonging, I long to belong in a circle with you’ felt so true. The feeling of being home with tribe, family, right here - a coming together of hearts .. felt so real and meaningful…

We’re remembering … these ways of being together again…

Fire fest was born from a conversation about fundraising with Emma Johnson who had the idea to create a festival ❤️⭐️🔥 thank you for all your amazing hard work/ creative output and energy 🔥😁🙏🤸⭐️

Also want to thank Lara White for helping support me in so many ways in the run up to the Festival and over the years! Also for bringing the idea of holding a sharing circle to talk about community connection and vulnerability- a conversation dear to my heart 🙏😁

Really appreciate the birthing of this family and the wider family that is emerging through the process of building Fire fest from the early beginnings to the final stages … those who were in the wings supporting and those who were at the event hands on… feels like seeds🌱 are growing and deeper connections are being born 🌎🪶☀️🌺💫✨🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

So many moving parts that made it possible ! All of your incredible generosity of spirit and a joint desire to build something special meant it was enjoyed by everyone …
