The film follows the story of three young female activists as they retrace the 110-mile march to Greenham Common, forty years on from the original Women’s Peace Protest.

Gentle, Angry Women invites viewers to witness how historical activism resonates with today’s generation - a bridge between past courage and present hope.

To all the brave souls who came out on Saturday to stand up against Genocide.To give a voice for the people of Palestine.The peace that you upheld amongst the scare tactics and negligence of our police and government was a credit to you. It was a privilege to stand witness to such a force for humanity, for life, for justice and for democracy. Thank you defend our Jurys. Thank you to all who swollowed there fear, because the outcome of doing nothing was much worse. It was so moving. It was so important. Free Palestine 🇵🇸 We are just home now, bk to Cornwall. Time to decompress. Love Peace and freedom to All ♡ Jenny ♡

For all you wonderful folks in an around Penzance who came along to support Peace Pirates last September at lower Kegwin Farm we wanted to share some images of what the money went towards.

Satya and all the crew made it possible to bring the West Bank Youth Circus over to Galicia Spain. Where they trained up with the Alice in Wonderland show (made in West Penwith) which was shipped back to Palestine and is travelling around bringing hope and love to audiences.

We have been told it has been received really well.

We were honoured to have been apart of providing funds to make this happen. The circus were then invited back to Glastonbury festival where they performed recently.

Food comes first, but there will be so much trauma for years to come, a little freedom and hope to dream is what we were able to do. I wish we could do more.

We also gave a chunk to Growing links and Medical Aid Palestine 🇵🇸 Thank you all ♡ This was a becon of light from Cornwall to Palestine via Galicia.
This wouldn't have happened with out you all ♡ Together we can make positive change ♡
A big thanks to Jamila, Bindle, Chris, Fi and all the volunteers and the wonderful Lisa and family for hosting us ♡
