Cornwall Council is refreshing its Rights of Way Improvement Plan (RoWIP) — a ten-year strategy to enhance Public Rights of Way across Cornwall. This plan will focus on delivering tangible benefits for people and places, supported by clear performance measures to drive continuous improvement.
As a first step, we are conducting a baseline survey to understand the current and future needs of users. The survey is open from 30 July to 28 September 2025, and your feedback will help shape the draft RoWIP, which will be further consulted on later before finalisation.

We want to ensure the survey reaches a diverse range of users. If you can share it with your networks, we would greatly appreciate your support.
