We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity in our Skylar Nursery!

Trelya enables positive change in West Cornwall's most under resourced communities, working with families and young people through the life course to end cycles of generational poverty and social exclusion.

Skylar is an Ofsted registered Early Years Provision based in Penzance, supporting families from prebirth to 4 years old, recognising the critical role early years care and education, and excellent practitioners, play in a child's development.

Did you know that The Community Cafe at Trelya is a registered Refill Cornwall site?
As part of Clean Cornwall, in collaboration with Surfers Against Sewage, the ‘Turn on the Tap’ initiative aims to reduce plastic waste by encouraging people to drink tap water instead of plastic bottled water.

With temperatures set to rise throughout this coming week, we are encouraging people to stay well hydrated!
The community cafe is open Monday - Thursday from 8.30am and we are very happy to fill your water bottles for you throughout the day as well as offer a place to escape the heat!

We're excited to be hosting the Cornwall Libraries Mobile Library outside Trelya on Tuesdays 23 June, 21 July, and 18 August

Looking for something to read out in the sun? Pop down from 10am to 12pm to register for library services and take out or return library books!

Gorgeous plants for sale at Trelya!
Our fabulous volunteer gardener has been busy taking cuttings and potting on our fabulous succulents and calendula seedlings. They are sure to brighten up any garden or courtyard.
Our new charity plant stall is just out front of the building so be sure to have a look if visiting the cafe or passing by.

If making a purchase, please drop into the community cafe to make a payment - with cash or by card.

The Trelya Community Cafe is a Refill Cornwall refill site, offering free cold water and water bottle refills to stay hydrated in the hot weather! 🌞

Doors are open from 8:30am - 3pm Monday to Thursday, with free cold water, and a range of other cold drinks available to purchase from the Community Cafe or through the Give & Gain board. 💧
