📢 How did Storm Goretti impact you and your local Cornish community? 🌧️

Storm Goretti has hit Cornwall hard — from red weather warnings and winds of up to 99 mph to ongoing disruption to power, water, and road networks across the Duchy.

What Cornwall Thinks now wants to hear about your experience: how your local community coped, and how you felt the Council responded during the storm and its aftermath. Your feedback will help show decision-makers what matters most to residents as recovery continues.

Whether you lost power, experienced flooding, supported neighbours, or were affected in other ways, your voice matters. Share your views and help shape how Cornwall prepares for and responds to future severe weather. 💬

Well, as 2025 draws to a close, we would like to say a massive thank you to everyone who’s joined in the chat, voted in the polls, and shared your thoughts on all things Cornwall this year.

From pasty debates to local news and big opinions, it’s been brilliant hearing what Cornwall really thinks. This project wouldn’t be half as fun without you all getting stuck in.

Have a proper Cornish Christmas — eat too much, stay warm, and enjoy a few days off if you can. Roll on 2026!

Cheers,
