You are not alone. We are in this together.

Bump & Biscuits has a new name and a new time. Bump, Brew & Biscuits is a weekly get-together for pregnant women at Restore Penrith, now every Thursday afternoon, 1pm to 3.30pm. A brew, a biscuit and good company, and a chance to meet other pregnant women and to relax, chat and share.

Free, no booking needed, just drop in. Restore Penrith, 11 Brewery Lane, New Squares, Penrith, CA11 7BU.

The Alternative Fashion Show is less than two weeks away. If you'd like to come, it's worth booking your ticket now.

Wednesday 7 October, 7pm to 9pm, at St Mark's Church, Belah, Carlisle, CA3 9TD. £10 a ticket, refreshments included.

Every outfit comes from Restore's shops in Carlisle, and the money raised goes to ReWear Revolution 2027 and the St Mark's roof insulation project.
