We are delighted to welcome Ian Wilson as an Anna Chaplain. Ian’s commissioning service was at St Mary’s Church, Longsleddale on Sunday 31st May. Thank you to all who attended. It was a very special day. Thank you to Reverend Michelle Woodcock for taking the service. Anna Chaplaincy Lead for Cumbria, Sam Pester welcomed Ian to the ministry.

This incredible photo is of my father in the Phillipines at a football match. He is 80 years old. He was sitting on the floor in the stadium with 20 thousand other spectators when they brought him a chair to sit on across the crowd and passed it through the crowd. How nice to see our elderly elevated and cared for.
