🚨 IMPORTANT NOTICE – TRADE STANDS 🚨

Applications are now open for anyone wishing to have a trade stand at this year’s Cumbria Charity Convoy & Gathering 2026

Due to limited space at our new venue, all trade stand applications must be submitted as early as possible. Spaces will be allocated on a first come, first served basis, and once capacity has been reached, no further applications will be accepted.

If you are interested in attending as a trader, please get in touch with us for an application form and further details.

We look forward to welcoming a fantastic range of traders and exhibitors to this year’s event.

📢 IMPORTANT TRUCK ENTRY ANNOUNCEMENT 📢

Due to our new venue and the space restrictions that come with it, we are asking all drivers wishing to enter a truck/wagon into the event to submit their entry forms by 22nd August at the latest.

This deadline will allow us time to review the number of entries received and determine whether we can accommodate any additional trucks.

🚛 Please note: This deadline applies to TRUCK ENTRIES ONLY.

Depot will be open Tommrow Thursday the 4th of June 830-1030 due to been mobile for the rest of the day

Also the depot is based in langwathby not the old yard as google says but it should update any time soon just waiting on google doing there thing 😉.
