🌿🐾 What a brilliant day we had at Lakeland Wildlife Oasis! 🐾🌿

Our young people had a fantastic time exploring the wildlife park and meeting some incredible animals. Highlights included meeting the lemurs, watching the meerkats, learning about the ants, and exploring the tropical house.

We were fascinated by the hardworking ants and their team work and loved spending time exploring the tropical house, where we discovered a variety of exotic plants and animals in a warm rainforest environment.

We can't wait for our next adventure! 😊

🌞 Fun in the sun at Lakeland Maze Farm Park! 🌞

Our young people had an amazing time enjoying everything the park had to offer.

From racing around on the pedal karts and bouncing on the air bouncers to zooming down the slides and flying along the zip wires, there were smiles everywhere!

We also loved meeting the farm animals and spending time together in the beautiful weather. It was a very hot day, but that didn't stop us having lots of fun, trying new activities, building confidence and enjoying time with friends.

A brilliant day from start to finish! 😊🐐🛝🚴‍♂️💛

Branch Out is working to create a welcoming, accessible Community Woodland Hub where people can learn, create, and spend time outdoors together.

🌲🔥🍕 Woodland Shenanigans! 🍕🔥🌲

What a day we've had in the forest!

Our young adventurers headed into the woods ready for action and definitely didn't disappoint. There was den building, nature exploring, hammock lounging, forest games, marshmallow toasting and homemade pizzas.

The dens built may not have survived a strong sneeze but it was built with teamwork and determination!🌿🏕️

We took a nature walk, collected some sticks for our marshmallow toasting and did some colour matching. 🍃

The hammocks were a huge hit, with some people looking so comfortable we thought they might be planning to spend the night in the trees. 🌳😴

Of course, no woodland session would be complete without food! Marshmallows were toasted to varying degrees of perfection, from golden and gooey to "slightly more well done than intended." 🔥😂

Then came the star of the show... homemade pizzas in the wood-fired oven! 🍕 The smell alone had everyone gathered round, and we're pleased to report that every slice disappeared at record speed.

A fantastic day full of laughter, new skills, muddy shoes, great teamwork, and plenty of memories. Well done to everyone who took part, we certainly had a brilliant time! 🌲💚 And of course thank you to the wonderful Hayley and Helen from Branch Out who always make our visits extra wonderful! ❤️
