The second of two batches of stir fry made from some of the Welsh Diced Beef Shin, carrots, swede, closed mushrooms and basmati rice which were very kindly donated by Bwydydd Castell Howell Foods yesterday afternoon (with some bean sprouts by an anonymous donator also added) as well 😊

All this made 12 very generous portions which have now just been delivered to local elderly people all off whom were very grateful indeed 👌👌👌

Therefore, a MASSIVE THANKS to Bwydydd Castell Howell Foods for making all this possible 👏👏👏🙏🙏🙏
