This event saw 9 top tier coaches take sessions in Point Fighting, Continuous, Kick Light and Boxing. It saw top tier sessions involving kicking, punching, moving, attacking, defending and all while engaging the minds of young aspiring kick-boxers and experienced fighters alike 🀝

Martial arts is a powerful vehicle to improve the lives of others and instil life-improving assets into the mindset and physical toolbox of humans in all shapes, sizes and backgrounds.
