Hazlemere Residents Association 2009 - HRA Community First The HRA is a Non-Profit Making Voluntary Community based Organisation

The HRA was founded over 50 years ago, but fell away when revamped parish/district councils seemed to fill the role. We have spontaneously reformed to defend our quiet residential area against threats to develop an all-weather athletics facility with all that implies in terms of lighting, noise at night, traffic, ASB and security. Since our dramatic victory in this campaign, with the support from

residents and some local councillors, we have determined to continue to fight for Hazlemere against entrenched vested interests in order to make this one of the best places to live in Buckinghamshire.
