Update on the Community Garden project over the last month:
The mini polytunnel has been finished
A French Drain was added alongside the shed to protect from wood rot
An Atlas shed for the Community Garden tools was erected
A long, thin raised bed was added next to the allotment shed for climbers to grow up
A corner nook was added for people to pop up chairs and enjoy a bit of shade
The raised beds have positively exploded with produce, it's looking lovely
Wildflower turf has been put down to make the area a bit nicer to look at in the near future
And finally, two 1,000 litre IBC tanks were added to help with our growing water needs
A busy month, but it's all looking quite good.
I hope everyone in the village will enjoy this growing community space
