Carbon Monoxide is an invisible, odourless and tasteless gas that can leak from faulty heating systems like gas boilers, wood burning stoves and coal fireplaces. Exposure to it can cause you serious illness and death.

We are working with SGN to offer free carbon monoxide alarms to older people in Scotland who heat their homes this way.

If you don’t have a working carbon monoxide alarm or it is more than 7 years old, get in touch with our helpline to request a free device.
