We discuss the rising costs of church denominations donations, which are starting to resemble tiered subscriptions. We question whether the value and transparency of these donations are being properly communicated, and call for an honest conversation about accountability within the church community.

Why Won’t the Answer?
The FIEC has yet to respond to serious questions about diversity and leadership accountability. Why the silence? Is humility in leadership too much to ask? If you’re a member, it’s time to talk some sense into your trustees.

Challenging Myths, Embracing Truth
Ethnic minorities are often scapegoated for crime, job shortages, and social instability—yet the facts tell a different story. Misinformation fuels nationalism, prejudice, and division, even within churches. It's time to move beyond fear and embrace justice, inclusion, and accountability. Let’s challenge biases, reject excuses, and build a society that reflects truth over fear!

Why is it that when pressing questions are raised, the opts for silence instead of a candid discussion? Could it be that humility has become an endangered virtue, and the prospect of accountability threatens their lofty image? It seems they’d rather let the questions hang unanswered than risk lowering their lofty towers to meet the scrutiny for public benefit🤷‍♂️

As followers of Christ, we are called to be ministers of reconciliation (2 Corinthians 5:18-19). The divisions created by sin—whether caste, race, class, or status—should not exist in the body of Christ. Misunderstanding Critical Race Theory Hurts the Fight for Justice
Critical Race Theory ( ) was designed to uncover systemic racism, not to be a political weapon. Yet, it's often misapplied—dismissed as "divisive" by critics or stretched beyond its intent by some supporters. These distortions silence real discussions on inequality.

Is the FIEC Prioritising Diversity? The FIEC, with a £2M+ income, has combined IT management and intercultural ministry into one role. Is this a pragmatic move or a sign of under prioritising diversity?

Key concerns:
Lack of dedicated leadership for intercultural ministry
Potential tokenism in representation efforts
Missed opportunities to align with industry standards

Time for real reform:
✅ Hire a full-time Intercultural Ministry Director
✅ Allocate a specific budget for diversity initiatives
✅ Implement transparent reporting on representation efforts
