🎶 Our Mind the Music! group was at the Greener Peebles Community Garden today, sharing some music as part of their volunteers’ celebration. 🎶

It was a lovely opportunity to bring people together in a relaxed, welcoming outdoor space and share the joy of music with the community.

Mind the Music! is a friendly, inclusive group that explores the mood-enhancing benefits of making music together. Each session includes singing and playing favourite songs (with requests always welcome!), followed by a calming mindfulness session and time to enjoy refreshments and a chat.

The group is FREE to attend and open to all ages and abilities. People experiencing mental health challenges are especially welcome. We provide a supportive space where people can connect, express themselves, and enjoy the positive effects of music.

New members are always welcome—come along and join us!

Have you seen Shakespeare at Traquair's fantastic production of The Taming of the Shrew yet? 🎭

Keep your eyes (and ears!) peeled for Mollie and some of Nomad Beat's adult saxophone students – better known as Saxophony 🎷 – who are playing in the band this year.

We're having a great time being part of this amazing production! 🎷 Book your tickets now if you haven't already!
