Him indoors helped us move over the glass cabinets this Sunday and last Sunday. I have it on good authority that PCT directors are all pitching in tomorrow (Monday) to help build shelving etc at the former Bank. They will need our car park though folks so if you've been enjoying the use of it of late, we're gonna need it ourselves from now on. I took Henry over the other day for a hurl but couldn't get parked there as it was full of cars that didn't belong to any of us 🤔 which did mean I got out of doing the floors 😜

It's gorgeous out there just now, which is great as Peebles Community Festival is on today (Sat 30/5) on the High Street. We're just a minute's walk through one of the arches off the High Street, until we move that is. Rain is due around 2pm till 3 according to the radar rainfall map, so plan your barbie for 3-6 as it's due again by 6. I didn't get the bbq stuff put away yesterday but will make the effort to get the brollies upstairs for 2pm 😂 Ever the opportunist 😁 For all those asking about yesterday's post about the 50 year old high chair, it's on a first come first served basis. We're obviously far too cheap 😜 If you are in need of a high hair, we have two other superb ones not long/just in. We were also donated a fabulous HUGE mirror yesterday and we've had 3 Jack's. That's now their 'official' name cos I can't spell his other name. Tbh, I can't even say it 😂 See you when we open at 10am.

SOLD by 5 past to a regular customer who didn't expect it to still be here 😂

In all my years in reuse, I think I've only ever seen 3 of these in real life. This one even comes with its story attached. Bought in 1977. The donor no longer fits in it and we were very happy to accept it 🙏 It was a no to the trouser press though 😂

That was all the barbecue stuff out yesterday. I'm putting it away for the next ten days 😒 🌧 🌂 and getting some more bro...

That was all the barbecue stuff out yesterday. I'm putting it away for the next ten days 😒 🌧 🌂 and getting some more brollies out 🤷‍♀️ I'm still melting though. That walk up School Brae doesn't help 🥵 and I can't wait to do the walk up to our new building from its private car park at the rear. It's those loooong steps that make you feel like you've done 50 squats 🙈 We're going to ask donors to let us know if they need to drop off in the car park, just so's I can run up and down carrying and drop a dress size each month. It was a snooze button day today. As I didn't have much time for a post, I thought I'd do a spin video to see if anyone noticed the changes. It took 3 goes 😂 The first you could hear me puffing away still from 'climbing' the Brae, the second only videoed the first 6 seconds. I was still spinning n never noticed. Here's the third.
