We had an absolute blast at yesterday’s Village Day and we hope you did too!
These things don’t happen by accident and we’re so grateful to all our friends, family and volunteers who made it all happen! We’ve produced site maps, funding applications and risk assessments. We’ve shopped for 200 burgers and buns. We’ve baked. We’ve begged, borrowed and transported tables, chairs and hay bales. We’ve done tip runs and mowed the grass in the park. We’ve chased balloons in the park when the wind hit the balloon arch. We’ve become experts in putting up gazebos. Will we do it again next year? Absolutely…we can’t wait 🤣❤️
Huge shout out to the marquee erectors who probably never want to see a big tent again in their lives!
The bakers of Pathhead produced the most amazing cakes, tray bakes and cookies we’ve ever seen!
Thank you to the tweens and teenagers who acted as runners for tape, scissors, keys and water with no complaining!
