Just a few highlights from Pathhead Village Day 2026!

31/05/2026

We had an absolute blast at yesterday’s Village Day and we hope you did too!

These things don’t happen by accident and we’re so grateful to all our friends, family and volunteers who made it all happen! We’ve produced site maps, funding applications and risk assessments. We’ve shopped for 200 burgers and buns. We’ve baked. We’ve begged, borrowed and transported tables, chairs and hay bales. We’ve done tip runs and mowed the grass in the park. We’ve chased balloons in the park when the wind hit the balloon arch. We’ve become experts in putting up gazebos. Will we do it again next year? Absolutely…we can’t wait 🤣❤️

Huge shout out to the marquee erectors who probably never want to see a big tent again in their lives!

The bakers of Pathhead produced the most amazing cakes, tray bakes and cookies we’ve ever seen!

Thank you to the tweens and teenagers who acted as runners for tape, scissors, keys and water with no complaining!

We’ll be sharing photos of the day shortly, but it’s good for everyone to see the hard work that goes into producing the day!

We’re so so excited about tomorrow’s village day!

A wee plea from us…the frame of the marquee is going up, please can kids not touch it as we’re worried it won’t hold up to anyone swinging on it!!

⭐ Calling All Star Bakers⭐

The Pathhead Village Day is returning on Saturday 30th of May and we’d love some home baking donations for the tea tent.

Whether it’s traybakes, cupcakes or a favourite family recipe, every contribution would be hugely appreciated and helps make the day special.

Baking donations can be dropped off at Callendar Park Pavillion between 10-12pm on the 30th.

If you can help, please send us a message. Thanks so much — your support really means a lot ♥️🍰
