Sarah and Tracey were joined by our wonderful new volunteers Vicky and Allison at Carn Brea Leisure Centre Trust for our Inclusive Cycling sessions, and what a cracking day it was!

Days like today remind us exactly why we do what we do - It was fabulous to see so many new and returning riders including our very own Mark from our Camborne Team 🙌🏼

🥰🤩🩷🧡We were privileged to help create some very special cycling firsts. One of our riders had never been on a cycle before and, despite physical challenges, spent the entire session pedalling away with a huge smile. She arrived thinking she might only manage a couple of laps, but quickly proved to herself that she was capable of so much more.

We were also delighted to welcome a younger rider who hasn’t been able to cycle for a couple of years. Seeing him back on a cycle, smiling from ear to ear and telling us he could “feel free again” was a moment none of us will forget. Extra lovely to see his pedalling alongside his mum 🥰

Cycling is about so much more than riding a cycle. It’s about freedom, confidence, independence, achievement and joy.

Just look what can happen when barriers are removed and opportunities are made accessible to everyone. 💙

We are there 10-2 every last Friday of the month (until November) Want to join us next month? To book or for more info email Sarah on [email protected]

A guided ride today for Adult Rides and Sessions took us along the quieter part of the Camel Trail to Wenford Bridge and then up to the lovely villages of St Tudy and St Teath. A very welcome stop at Sea View Farm Shop & Cafe with surprisingly a magnificent view of the sea down towards Port Issac. Then a return via another lovely village, St Maybyn, all 'Saints' today! 29 miles of which 12 are along the trail.
Another cracking weather day along some really quiet country lanes. There are so many good rides accessible from using the Camel Trail as a feeder to these routes.

The rain certainly didn’t dampen spirits at our final Experience Bodmin event! 🌧️🚴‍♂️

Around 50 riders, aged 5 to 69, joined us to explore Bodmin on a variety of routes and challenges.

Children, adults, and family groups took on 10, 20, and 40-mile rides, all expertly led by our incredible TCBP team of ride leaders and coaches. 🙌

It was fantastic to see so many people enjoying cycling together and making the most of the beautiful Cornish countryside.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the event such a success! 💙🚲
