We want everyone to enjoy the World Cup in a safe, friendly, and family-focused environment. Please help us by following these simple guidelines:

✅ Respect our staff, volunteers, and fellow guests at all times.
✅ Children under 16 must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult.
✅ Please keep walkways, exits, and fire doors clear.
✅ No outside food or drink permitted.
✅ Please be mindful of your language – this is a family-friendly venue.
✅ Celebrate passionately, but respectfully. Aggressive, abusive, discriminatory, or anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated.
🚭 No smoking, va**ng, or congregating outside the building after 9:00pm.

Our staff will be monitoring this and may ask you to return inside or move further away from the building to avoid disturbance to our neighbours.
If you repeatedly fail to follow these instructions, we reserve the right to ask you to leave the premises.

🪟 Please do not open any windows within the venue. This helps us manage noise levels and ensures we remain considerate of our
neighbours.
🗑️ Please dispose of rubbish responsibly and help us keep The Printworks clean and welcoming.
🪑 Tables may be reserved for specific bookings or events. Please check with a member of staff before moving furniture.
