Our friends at Papworth Printworks are hosting an escape room on Thursday afternoon - it looks like it's going to be a lot of fun!

Our GORGEOUS Justine spent a few hours giving the village notice board a bit of a refurb this week and last week by removing some of the staples 📌 pins and sticky pads. If people could stick to BluTac, that would be grand 😁

As we said a few weeks ago, Papworth Everard WI has the responsibility of maintaining the BEAUTIFUL gardens around Pendrill Court and the notice board - it's lovely to see everything looking so fresh and pretty ❤️

Hi everyone! What a busy month April has been so far!

On 20th May, we will have the lovely Laura from the Age UK community Warden Scheme popping in to see us - it promises to be a VERY informative talk about the options available to us.

Before then, we'll keep busy by doing a bit of admin, chatting on the phone, playing Scrabble, taking part in bingo, doing quizzes, shoppinggggg and lunching!

It was our AGM last night! No voting as all office-holding members of the committee stayed in their roles (Yippeeee!) We are looking for a replacement secretary as our current one needs to retire - any offers?

We did a Papworth quiz and a couple of games of bingo. I've posted the quiz questions below, so lets see if any of you know nitty gritty bits in your parish! (NO USING GOOGLE!!)

Our next meeting is 15th April - see you then!

Very useful in emergencies..
This is an international scheme where a pot holding all your information is placed in your fridge and a sticker is placed on your front door. Emergency services know where to look and they will have your medication list. Especially useful if you live alone.

Our AGM is going to be held on 18th March.

We will be looking to elect a new secretary as well as new committee members, you don't need to hold a post to sit on the committee, just a commitment of 2 HOURS a month.

This year, we are hoping to hold a PAPWORTH QUIZ at the AGM, so thinking caps and a little knowledge about our village will come in handy!

Did you know our lovely ladies maintain and plant all the gorgeous flowers around the library, the CoOp and The Courtyard Papworth Everard? The ladies 'do' weekly, throughout the entire year (rain or shine!). To ensure no one gets left out, we would like to invite YOU to help out on the *** first Sunday morning of the month at 11am ***

Our other ladies will be helping out at the monthly litter pick!
