We are  looking for PAPPFEST GOLD SPONSORS would this be something your business would like to do?

Gold sponsorship helps us set up for the event by allowing us to book and pay for important things such as infrastructure, insurance, toilets etc.  

In return you receive:

- Company logo on our Gold Sponsor section of the brochure. This is also displayed in our welcome tents and bar area

- A full page advert in the brochure (posted out locally in the surrounding areas and on the day of the event)

- Special mentions on our page

- You can also bring a business banner in advance of the day to go up at the event

Stall applications for our PAPPFEST Event on Saturday 5th September 2026 are now OPEN! Please use the following link to complete a stall application form:

Please note we have a limited amount of stall spaces, every application is viewed individually with the committee’s approval, we are quite carful not to have duplicates of stall types. We will respond to all applications in the coming weeks.

For those who were with us last year you will have already had an email sent to you with priority booking.

First things first the PAPPFEST team need your help with local charity recommendations!

Every year we select a handful of local charities to support, the money made from our event is then shared between our chosen charities.

Please reach out with your nomination along with a brief description as to why you would like us to choose them.

Exciting news ... planning for our 2026 event has now started! Please save the date & keep your eyes peeled for further announcements.

Our committee has had its first meeting. As our event grows a little year on year, we are pleased to say this year the committee has grown to help support and organise our 2026 event

A MASSIVE THANK YOU to everyone who helped raise £6865 at this years Papplewick Village Fayre held on Saturday 30th August 2025!

Please see picture showing how these funds have been shared with our charities. We have made an additional donation to the Hucknall Rotary Club as a thank you for their help running the car park for us. Its is a big job on the day and without them we wouldnt be able to offer this. Plus some funds will be kept back to help set up for PAPPFEST 2026, as you can imagine setting up this kind of event isn’t cheap. As an example last year we used the funds held back to purchase a mobile bar. This allowed us to be self sufficient this year and has removed the need to hire one.

The PAPPLEWICK VILLAGE FAYRE GROUP are now signing off to take a well earned break, before planning starts again in January 2026.

🥁Drum roll please .... After our wettest PAPPFEST to date the PAPPFEST committee are delighted to announce the GRAND total from this year's Papplewick Village Fayre held on Saturday 30th August

THANK YOU 👏🏼 so much to everyone who joined us on the day & supported PAPPFEST 2025. A huge shout out to all our volunteers for your help in the build up, on the day & in tidying up!

We had a tough day with regards to the weather forcast and unfortunately lost the last hour of the day to rain 🌧. However we are super proud we have been able to raise money for our 7 wonderful charities.

Keep your eyes peeled to find out how Team PAPPFEST will be sharing out the funds.

A HUGE THANK YOU to everyone who joined us at PAPPFEST on Saturday, to those who sponsored us and those who volunteered

We couldn’t have done it without you all! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

We had a fantastic day and hope you all did to.

The PAPPFEST team are currently working on finalising figures, paying bills etc once we know what we have made for our charities we will announce it on here. Please bear with us and stay tuned.
