Polite reminder for smokers attending our event: PUT IT OUT RIGHT OUT!

Due to the amazing weather we have experienced this year, everything is so dry. Can we please be extra careful when putting out ci******es.

Bins with sand can be found around the outside of the bar. THANK YOU

Important notes for those travelling by car, as you enter the heart of the village look out for our big signs which will help direct you to our parking field, where our volunteer team will assist you.

New for this year Main Street will be CLOSED for on street parking! This is to help with traffic flow through the village during the event.

Please park considerately and always consider could emergency services get past your vehicle if they needed to!

STOP SCROLLING & HAVE A READ PLEASE

We are looking for some additional volunteers to help on Friday before the event, the day of PAPPFEST and Sunday.

Many hands make light work, and this year we have seen a decline in volunteers. We would love to have some extra people so those who are currently helping can also have time to enjoy the event.

On Friday we need a spot of mussel to help put up gazebos, help put things in place and get bunting up.

On the day we need help with:
- Car parking
- Grand Prize draw (writing out tickets)
- Traffic control (includes high vis and walkie talkie)

Sunday we are looking for those who can help with tidying up, taking down of bunting, gazebos, litter picking, general tidy up etc.

If you can help, an hour makes so much difference to us!

Please send an email to [email protected] with day & time your available and what you would like to help with

Just a reminder that PAPPFEST will go ahead on Saturday 5th September 2026 what ever the weather.

We are of course hoping for lovely sunshine as we have been so lucky so far this year (don’t forget sun cream and sun hats!), but if we do have a few showers, this won't put us off. Everything is place for you all to have a wonderful afternoon, and we have plenty of places to shelter. So please make sure you come down to support us, and the charities that this day is all about.

The show will go on. So come prepared for all weathers.
