Hey everyone and welcome to UWS rep society (URS), this society aims to create a community of society members, our objectives are to imporove:

· Lack in student engagement for reps from students
· Isolation through perceived hierarchy
· Lack in confidence
· Lack in participation
· ‘just for the CV’
· Reps not relaying information to students

We aim to achieve this for this society by offering:

· Advice and Support
· Networking
· Problem-solving
· Internal advancement (minor achievements.and training opportunites)
· Learn about events, opportunities and additional training (such as Co-chair).
