Help us give more young people a place to belong.
Abbey Scouts is about much more than a weekly meeting. It’s about friendship, confidence, adventure, learning new skills and giving young people opportunities they may not otherwise have.
Our Group Lead Volunteer, Richard, knows that first-hand:
“Abbey Scouts personally gave me opportunities in life that I just wouldn’t have had otherwise — whether that be adventures, friends, life skills and much, much more. That’s why I commit as much of my time as I can now to support other young people and give them those same opportunities.”
Our volunteers give their time freely to make Scouting happen, but we know not everyone is able to volunteer.
There are other ways to make a difference.
Even a small monthly donation can go a long way towards helping us provide activities, equipment, adventures and support for our young people — and help ensure that finances are never the reason someone misses out.
