It’s Restart a Heart Day ❤️🫀

Every year on 16th October, Restart a Heart Day raises awareness of the importance of learning CPR and increasing survival rates from out-of-hospital cardiac arrests. This life-saving initiative is led by Resuscitation Council UK, in partnership with the British Heart Foundation, British Red Cross, St John Ambulance, NHS England, and other vital organisations across the UK.

This year, the British Heart Foundation is calling on everyone — individuals, schools, workplaces, and communities — to take just 15 minutes to learn CPR with RevivR, the BHF’s free, interactive online training tool. All you need is your mobile phone and a cushion!
