Our mission as an organisation is to have as much impact as possible and the beauty of that is learning and sharing with others.
Over the past couple of weeks, various members of our team have been all across the country from Cornwall, to London, to Gloucester, Leeds and Channing's Wood in Devon!
Members from our management team continued the Trauma Informed Schools UK Diploma Course in St Blazey Cornwall meaning we can further embed our approach in our culture after one of our Directors completed the training 5 years ago.
We also visited The Music Works - Gloucester to learn about their fantastic provision and specifically about their progression routes for vulnerable young people into the creative industries.
Mike, one of our Directors, visited Channing's Wood Prison, an event arranged by the High Sherriff of Devon to explore how we can support the trauma and stigma the children and families of prisoners face.
In London, our learning lead Mark attended the Paul Hamlyn Foundation Youth Fund Conference for an afternoon of celebrating, networking and sharing good practise.
And finally, our new degree apprentice Daisy joined the The Rank Foundation Profit For Good programme in Leeds, meeting her peers and learning about all of the offers available to her such as Action Learning Sets.
